  • When can I apply to receive a Cash Advance?
    Immediately once your transaction becomes firm and unconditional.
  • What is the first thing I do to get the ball rolling in order to obtain a Cash Advance?
    Contact our office in order to get an application form so your name can be entered into our system.
  • What role does my Broker of Record play in allowing me to obtain a Cash Advance?
    Your Broker of Record must be registered with our company in order to facilitate your transaction. His or her responsibility is outlined in the REI Cash Advance Contract.
  • Is the Admin Fee and Interest charges tax decuctible?
    To the best of our knowledge, cash advances are tax deductible. Please consult your professional.
  • Are my transactions confidential?
    Yes, absolutely, REI is a lending company legislated and licensed by the Province of Ontario and employs professionals well aware of the importance of confidentiality.
  • What happens if the deal does not close and falls thru?
    As described in the REI contract, it is transferred to your next transaction with interest being accrued.
  • How many advances can I request at the same time?
    REI is able to advance up to three advances per transaction at the same time but not to exceed $50,000 per agent.
